Milko Lazarov

Milko Lazarov (1976) is a Bulgarian director. Graduated from Bulgaria’s National Academy of Theatre and Arts and later taught there. His debut feature Alienation (2012) premiered at the 70th Venice Film Festival and Lazarov received the Feodora Award for  Best Director of a Debut Film. His second feature Ága (2018) was the closing film at ’68 Berlinale and has since then received international acclaim.
